On motion of R. P. Howell, seconded by W. H. Brazil, the petition of Henry C.
Dalessi for permit to grade and surface•'part of Third Street and all of the street to be
known as "Ellen 5'Tay ", also to install.6" sewer line on the westerly half of Ellen Way, and
connecting said sewer to manhole at the intersection of Toro and Olive Street was granted

motion•of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by R. F. Howell, it was ordered that the sureties be
accepted, bonds approved and licenses ordered-issued:-

A petition was received from Harry J. Dubin, Dwight 71. Curtis and Dave Langford
giving notice of intention to circulate petition for annexation to the City of San Luis
Obispo of a tract of land 'mown as "Caudill Tract ", and also a part of Imperial Addition.
Upon motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by R. P. Howell it was ordered that the petition
be received and placed on file.
Ordinance No. 205 (New Series) - An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 20
(Neva Series) by adding thereto a new section to be numbered Section 2j, was finally
passed on motion of R. P. Ho�gell, seconded by W. H: Brazil by the following vote:
