M. - Special Called Meeting - City Council met in special session - Mayor F. C. Kimball presiding. Present: W.H.Brazil, R.P.Howell, Ralph C. Kennedy, F.C. Kimball, Joseph Leary Absent: None The City Council met in special session for the purpose of approving prevail- ing rate of wages to be paid on Sewage Disposal Plant Project, under the P. W. A. Resolution No. 626 (New Series) - A Resolution determining the General. Prevailing Rate of per diem wages was introduced and adopted on motion of R. P. Howell, seconded by W. H. Brazil.upon the following roll call vote: Ayes: W.H.Brazil, R.P.Howell, Ralph C. Kennedy, F. C. Kimball, Joseph Leary Noes: None Absent: None On motion of R. P. Howell, seconded by Joseph Leary the City Clerk was directed to call for bids for a Heating System to be installed in the new Municipal Building at 738 Pismo Street; said bidsto be submitted up to 7:30 o'clock P.M. on October 27, 1941. Petition of Signal Oil Co. by Elmer Burriss for permission to install 3 gasoline pumps and to move sign to another location to corner of building to extend over sidewalk approximately 6 ft. was granted on motion of Joseph teary, seconded by R. F. Howell; work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer and in accordance with ordinance. __ On motion of R.P.Howell, seconded by Ralph C. Kennedy the meeting adjourned.
