On motion of R.P. Howell, seconded by W. H. Brazil the City Clerk was in- 4 5
strutted to return the certified checks to the unsuccessful bidders.
At the request of the City Clerk the City Council cancelled the following delin

instructions to contact Mr. "WrLson and to arrive at some fair settlement on. his past due
licenses.
