The City Clerk was directed to call for sealed bids for Traffic Signal Installations �(
at the corner of Marsh and Broad Streets and at Santa Rosa and Monterey Streets; said
bids to be submitted up to 8:00 o'clock P. M. December 22, 1941, at which time they will
be publicly opened and read.
On motion of N. H. Brazil, seconded by R. P. Howell the meeting adjourned.

Special called meeting of the City Council was held on-December 10, 1941
at 5 o'clock F. M., Mayor F. C. Kimball presiding.
Present: CJ.H.Brazil, R.P.Howell, Ralph C. Kennedy, F.C.I;imball, Joseph Leary
Absent: None
Resolution No. 641 (New Series) - A Resolution applying to the Federal
Works Agency for an additional grant in connection with enlargements and improvements
to the sewage disposal plant and agreeing that additional funds should also be provided
by the City of San Luis Obispo was introduced, passed and adopted on motion of R. P.
Howell, seconded by W. H. Brazil by the following roll call vote:
Ayes: ,N.H. Brazil, R.P.Howell, Ralph C. Kennedy, F. C. Kimball, Joseph Leary
Noes: None
Absent: None
On motion of Ralp /h�C. Kennedy, seconded by R. P. Howell, the meeting adjourned.
