The minutes of October 5th were read and approved as read.
The application No. 286 of the Pacific Gas and Electric Co. for permit
to do certain pole work on Johnson Ave. at the corner of Munoz Street was granted on
motion of R.Y. Howell, seconded by W. H. Brazil.
The application filed by Theodore A. Hischier to construct a 5 ft. side-
walk on the north side of .Woodbridge St. between Lawton and Broad Street, and the appli-
cation of H. J. Dubin for permit to construct sidewalk onliook Street between South St.
and westerly end of Brook Street, were referred to the Commissioner of Public Works for
investigation and report on motion of R. P. How-
