Commissioner Clyde T. O'Nan presented applications for allotment of funds for
post -war low -rent Public housing, and on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by Clyde

Ave. between Broad and Lawton Streets was granted on motion d Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded
by R. P. Howell; work to be done under the supervision of the city engineering-department,
Petition filed by H. S. Nisbet for permit to remove two trees from parkway at
1440 Essex St. was granted on motion of R. P. Howell, seconded by Clyde T.•O'Nan.
The following applications for sidewalk and curbing were granted on motion of
R. P. Howell, seconded by.Clyde T. O'Nan; work to conform as to width and to be done
under the supervision of the engineering department:

was referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for investigation and report
The Merchandising Bond of Wm. A. Freeman in the amount of $200 with the Sun
Indemnity Co. as surety was received and on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by R. P.
Howell, the surety was accepted, bond approved and license ordered issued.

Ave. was granted on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by R. P. Howell.
