Medical Association as to the proper type of equipment. Mayor Kimball reported to the Council, explaining the presence.of algae in the city water and suggested the construction of a filtration plant to insure good water for future use. .On motion of R. P. Communication from Harry N.denks offering the City his services as consulting Engineer on the proposed water filtration plant was read to the Council and on motion of Ralph C. Kennedy, seconded by R.
