Ordinance No. 265 (clew Series) - An Ordinance providing for the ac-
ouisition of certain real property by the City of San Luis Obispo was finally passed on
motion of Clyde T. O'Pdan, seconded by F. L. Gist upon the following roll call vote:

Resolution No. 751 (New Series)- Resolution Agreement to pay one -half
of the cost for reassessing all taxable property within the City of San Luis Obispo

The City-Clerk was instructed to write J. J. Jordon, Supt: of Southern
Pacific Co. re: wig wag signal at Higuera Street crossing.
On motion of R. P. Howell, seconded by G. Vd. Baker, the Commissioner
of Public Ilorks was instructed to submit plan to correct gutter dip condition at Santa
Rosa and Buchon Streets.
On motion of Clyde T. O'Nan, seconded by G.W.Baker, the City Attorney
was instructed to bring in Resolution adjusting salaries to incorporate the present 15%
war time allowance as base pay.
