P: Howell. Re: Bids for Compreheisive Automobile Liability Insurance received on Nov. 53 1945 - Commissioner F. L. Gist reported that the bid of L. !,% Kamm, Agent ( American Surety-Co.) in the amount of $429.32 was the lowest bid received. It oas moved by F. L. Gist, seconded by Clyde T. O'Nan, that the bid of L. 111. Kamm being the lowest and best bid all bids received, that the insurance be a•. ,jarded to L ;J. Kamm. Lotion carried. The adoption of the Plumbing Code was again held over. The applications of the 14hite Line Cab Co., Pismo Beach, and Frank Covell, Korro Bay was referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety, with power to act, on motion of G. + +. Baker, seconded by F. L. Gist. City Clerk's certification of Protest Referendum petition protesting the final, passage of Ordinance 264 (New Series) which was held over for the last me==ting, was again presented to the Council, and on motion of R. Re: Sales agreement on property of city hall site was received and ordered filed and the city attorney instructed to submit counter agreement. Ordinance No. 266 (New Series) - An Ordinance relating to the meetings of the City Council of the City of San Lu_i.s Obis-,:o; and repealing ordinance No. 3 (New `aeries), was passed to print on moti::n of R.P.
