Transfer of Jessie's Texaco Service Station at 636 Higuera St. from Jessie Munoz to Harry G. Christensen 4. Tra nsfer of Standard Motor Service at 990 Higuera St. from Harry G. Christensento Ed O'Reilly 5. Transfer of Isom's Sandwich Shop at 850 Marsh St. to Beulah Kindle dba "Beulah's Place" 6. Transfer of Shell Cafe at 678 Marsh St. from Graham Gladwin to Eulis G. King The bonds written by the U.S.Fidelity and Guaranty Co, covering Ralph B. Files, Chief of Police and R.E.Heidorn, Asst. Chief of Police were approved by the Council on motion of G.W.Baker, seconded by Kline Williams. Ordinance No. 300 (New Series) - An Ordinance of the City of San Luis Obispo imposing a License Tax for the privilege of selling tangible personal property at retail on and after July 1, 1948, etc. was finally passed on motion of G.W.Baker, seconded by Kline Williams upon the following roll call vote: Ayes: G.W. Baker, R.P.Howell, Kline Williams Noes: None Absent: Wm. 0. Hall, Timothy I. O'Reilly Ordinance No._ 101 LNew Series - An Ordinance amending sections 2 and 7 of Ordinance No. 291-(N w Series entitled "An Ordinance relating to traffic-and regulat the use of Public Streets in the City of San Luis Obispo, defining and providing for the establishment of parking meter zones; regulating and controlling and providing for inspection of the parking of vehicles therein by the use of parking meters; etc. was finally passed on motion of G.W. Baker, sedonded by Kline Williams upon the following roll call vote: was ordered received and filed and on motion of 0. Mall, seconded by R. P. Ho,;iell it ,! ^s ordered this appointment be approved as outlined in the letter.
