City Hall, Recreation Center, Monday, June 27, 1919 - 7:30 P.M.
The City Council met in adjourned session with the sub- committee of the Charter
Committee for discussion on the proposed charter.
Present: Timothy I. O'Reilly, Kline Williams, Frank V.Woods
Absent: Douglas Carpenter, Wm. 0. Hall
The discussion covering Article XII FISCAL ADMIINISTRATION starting with Section
1200 thru 1225, consideration of the wording used in several of the above sections and
the secretary instructed to make the necessary changes. Continuing, the Joint Committee
reviewed Section 1225 "Counting the City's money" and decided to delete this section in
its entirety.
On motion of Kline Williams, seconded by Frank V. Woods the Mayor and City
Clerk were authorized to sign Agreement on Sewage Disposal line between the City of San
Luis Obispo and the San Luis Obispo School District.
Resolution No. 892 (New Series) - A Resolution providing for the execution of
an Agreement between the San Luis Obispo School District and the City of San Luis Obispo
concerning installation of sewaPe line to Charles E. Teach School was passed and adopted
on motion of Kline Williams, seconded by Frank V.Woods, upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Timoth;* I. O'RPi11;r, Kline Williams, frank V. Woods
?Noes: None
Absent: Douglas Carpenter, Vim. 0. Hall
On motion of Frank V ' ods, seconded by Kline Williams, the meeting adjourned.
