On motion of Wm O.'Hall, seconded by D. M.Carpenter, the Commissioner of.Public )�
Health and Safety was instructed to study parking conditions in front of the City Library
and make recommendations to the Council at the next meeting.
On motion of Wm. 0. Hall, seconded by Kline Williams, the meeting adjourned to
dnesday, Dec. 7, 1949 at 5 o'clock P.M. upon 'the following roll call vote:

It was moved. by Wm. 0. Hall, seconded by D. M. Carpenter that on recommendation
of the Planning Commi «ion in regard to the Hagen Subdivision map ( Tract #55) be approved
and accepted by,the City upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: D.M.Carpenter, ?am. 0. Hall, Timothv I. O'Reilly,
Noes: None
Absent: Kline Williams, Frank V.Woods.
On motion of Wm. 0. Hall, seconded by Timothy I. O'Reilly, it was ordered that
the surety be accepted and bond approved covering such Subdivision work as per plans
and specifications. Bond No. 2306406 inthe amount of $20,000 written by The Fidelity
and Casualty Co. of New York, onfile in the City Clerk's office.
It was moved by Wm 0. Hall, sedonded by D.M.Carpenter toaccept the recommendations
of the Planning Commission and pity to accept Sidney Street providing Performance Bond
satisfactory to the City Engineer is filed.
Resolution No. 933 (New Series) - Amending Resolution No. 927 (New Series)
Modifying Assessment wap passed and adopted on motion of Wm. O.Hall, seconded by D. M.
Carpenter upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: D.M. Carpenter, Wm. 0. Hall,Timothy I. O'Reilly
Noes: None
Absent: Kline Williams, Frank V. Woods
