Hall., the Co�in.cil votes', to ask Mr.MCClure to reconsider. 2 - Comm. from Mnruel Furtado and petition from Chas. Clark et al protesting the present site of the City Dump were referred to the Board of. Supervisors and County Health Dent., on motion of 11m. Extension of time on John Smee's contract on the Phillips Sanitary District No. 1 and on Madonna Construction Co. contract on Peach Street were extended by order of the Council to and including June 30, 1950. 1. Communication from the State Employees -Retirement System Re: Contract was referred to the City Attorney for study and report. Woods, seconded by Kline Williams. The application for transfer of the Park Hotel was again held over. The City Clerk was instructed to cEkll for bids on Garbage Franchise -- bids to he opened July 3, 1950 at 7:30 P.M. Resolution No. 960 (New Series) - A Resolution authorizing* and instructing the City Clerk to publish notice of hearing on including annexed territory in land use plan ordinance was passed and adorned on motion of Kline Williams, seconded by Frank V.
