Commissioner D.M.Carnenter announced the "City Clean -Up Week" from May 5th thru May 10th, 1952. Frank Reed was authorized to attend the Sewage Works Assn. Meeting at Santa Cruz, Calif. the week of April 23rd thru April 26th.
