The Council met in adjourned session; Mayor Timothy I.O'Reilly presiding.
Present: D.M.Caepenter, Paul W.Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I.O'Reilly
Absent: Frank V.Woods
This being the date and place fixed by the Council as set out in Resolution
No. 1.100 (New Series) relative to the Annexation of certain uninhabited territory to
the City of San Luis Obispo, commonly described as "The Olgiati Addition ". There being
nowritten or oral protests the following Ordinance was passed to print on motion of
D.M.Carpenter, seconded by Paul XT.Davis.
Ordinance No. 366 (New Series)_- An Ordinance of the City of SanLuis Obispo
providing for the Annexation of certain uninhabited territory designated as "The Olgiati
Addition" to the City of San Luis Obispo, and declaring this ordinance to be an emergency
Ordinance was passed to print upon the following roll call vote:

Communications:
Communication from C.A.Maino reqiesting the Council to take action to redune the
hazards at the Santa Rosa Street Bridge; same was referred to the State Division of
Highways and the City Clerk instructed to advise Mr.Maino of the Council's Action.
Communication from Mime Masdonati requesting the City to accept Flora Street in
the Goldtree Tract was presentedto the Council and the City Clerk was instructed to write
Mr. Masdonati and advise him of the City's policy, outlining what is required before the
City will accept.
Communication from G.B. Peterson requesting the Council to consider increase on
Service Contract to $6.00 per unit was referred to the Council for.study.
On motion of D.M.Carpenter, seconded by Timothy I. O'Reilly, the Mayor was
authorized to sign Contract Agreement on,
(1) Pismo Street Imp. and (2) Extension of San Luis Drive , between the City of,San
Luis Obispo and Henry C.Dalessi upon the following roll call vote:

Ordinance No. 362 (New Series) - An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 292

Ordinance No. 365 (New Series) - An Ordinance of the City of SanLuis Obispo
authorizing a contract between the City Council of the City of San Luis Obispo and the
rd of Administration , California State Employees' R.gtirement System, etc. was finally
assed on motion. of D.M.Carpenter, seconded by Paul W.Davis upon the following roll call votle:

Pacific J.Angeloni was appointed full time and maintenance Janitor on a six
months probationery period to start on or before July 1, 1952•
On motion of D.M.Parpenter, seconded by Fred Lucksinger, it was ordered that
Change Order No. 6 as submitted by O.R Ochs & Son covering Contract on the New City Hall
be approved and accepted, decreasing the contract in the net amount of $1,115-15.
On motion of D.M.Carpenter, seconded by Timothy I. O'Reilly, and written opinion
of the City Attorney, it was ordered that bill submitted by O.R.Ochs*& Son, Estimate No.
L6 in the amount of $40,765.52 covering City Hall construction and bill of Wm. D.Holdredge,
'rogress Payment in the amount of $579.69 be approved and accepted and payment authorized
ipon the following roll call vote:
