Resolution No. 1139 -A (I'lew Series) - A Resolution setting up Revolving Fund for
Freeway Sanitary Sewer Relocation was passed and adopted on motion of Paul "°. Davis,
seconded by Fred Lucksinger, upon'the following roll call vote:

Resolution No. 1140 (New Series) - A Resolution accepting Offer of Willeford &
�diltshire to audit CityBooks and Records was passed and adopted on motion of Paul W. Davis
seconded by Fred Lucksinger upon the following roll call vote:
