The Fire Department reported that Gino's Restaurant has taken all corrective
measures -and that business license may now be issued.
Mayor O'Reilly appointed Councilman Paul W.Davis to function with Councilman
D.M.Carpenter in the Public Works Dept. for the next 30 days.
On motion of D.ILZ.Carpenter, seconded by Paul W.Davis the meeting adjourned.

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING
Citv Hall, Wednesday, April Z2nd, 1953 - 5 P.M.
The Council met in Special Session; Mayor Timothy I. O'Reilly presiding.
Present: Paul W.Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I. O'Reilly
Absent: D.M.Carpenter
A motion was made by Paul W.Davis, seconded by Fred Lucksinger that the
recommendation of the City Attorney be accepted, and that the City of San Luis Obispo
withhold further proceedings on the property located at 1022 Morro Street known as
"Carvao's" until Sept. 1, 1953 unless there is a change of condition, upon the following
roll call vote:
Ayes: Paul W.Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I. O'Reilly
Noes: None
Absent: D.M.Carpenter
Resolution No. 121$ (New Series) - A Resolution of the City of San Luis
Obispo requesting allocation from the State of California for the construction of Water
Facilities - Foothill Blvd., Waterline Improvement Project No. 4352 was passed and adopted
on motion of Paul W.Davis, seconded by Timothy I.O'Reill.y upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Paul W.Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I.O'Reilly
Noes: None
Absent: None
Resolution No. 1219 (New Series) - A Resolution transferring certain amounts
from the Unbudgeted Reserve was passed and adopted on motion of Paul W.Davis, seconded by
Fred Lucksinger upon the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Paul W.Davis, Fred Lucksinger, Timothy I.O'Reilly
Noes: None
