On motion of Paul W.Davis, seconded by Nels Beck, authorization was granted to hire
an expert engineer to do the engineering work on the PHILLIPS ADDITION STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT. Mr. George Pearson was hired and the formal documents and contract to be signed
at the next Council meeting.
The Merchandising Bonds of Wm. 0. Hall, and James Bradley were accepted on motion
of Richard E.Gragg, seconded by Paul W.Davis.
On motion of Richard E.Gragg, seconded by Paul W.Davis, Mr. J.Earle Boyce, City
Treasurer, was instructed to transfer four $10;000 "E" Bonds into "J" Bonds.
On motion of Paul W.Davis, seconded by Nels Beck the following appointments to the
City Planning Cogqission were approved:
Rev. Francis Reed, Dr. Chalmer Ferris - Bert Brown ( reappointed)
( appointed for a term of five years )
On motion of Kenneth W.Jones, seconded by Paull W.Davis, the meeting adjourned
to 10 A.M. Monday, July 12th, 1954 upon the following roll call vote:

Resolution No-1355 (New Series) - A Resolution accepting Monte Vista Place as
a part of the City Street System was passed and adopted on motion of Kenneth W.Jones,
seconded by Nels Beck upon the following roll call vote:
