Old Business Re: Report of the Traffic Committee: eir. Richard Miller reported that a representative of the hconolite Corp. is having an engineering survey made for installation of Automatic Stop Signals at the inter- section of Marsh and Santa Rosa Streets and at Foothill Blvd. and illt. Pleasanton. The survey to include engineering and traffic count. The recommendation of the Traffic Committee to remove the crown on Mill Street where it protrudes into the intersection on Yipomo• Street wa,s adopted on motion of Kenneth +.Jones, seconded by Nels Beck. The Proposed Ordinance regulating the keeping of Animals within the City of San Luis Obispo was referred to a committee of Nels Beck and Kenneth d.Jones to study and bring back recommendations to the Council. The following Resolution was presented to the Council for adoption by Warren G. Edwards. Resolution No. 1444 (New Series) - A Resoluti.;n authorizing investment of Water Department Moneys was passed and adopted on motion of Warren G.Edwards,seconded by Kenneth W. Jones ;-Fred H.Lucksinger Absent: None After some discussion, a Resolution was presented to the City Council establishing the policy of the City of San Luis Obispo in regard to the paving of present existing unimproved dedicated streets. The Council met on this policy, with the self - appointed steering committee of the PHILLIPS IMPROV ,t ENT DISTRICT regarding the distribution of costs on the Phillips Assessment District.
