Mayor Lucksinger explained to the people present that the Council could take no action at this time, but only could..pass. the ordinance..-announcing the public hearing at the next Council meeting, but if anyone present wished to be heard relative to the rezoning, J., they were free to.- speak. up.- Mr. Bouchard protested- to-the Council the rezoning of this area to R -3 primarily for the reason of increased traffic from this tract through adjoining. areas,.particularly Cuesta Drive. Mr. .Romero reported that all the conditions required by the Planning Commission had been met...
