Communication from Madonna Construction Company requesting the City of
San Luis Obispo to accept maintenance of a lift station for sewage
that has been installed at Franch Road and Highway 1017. Mr. Romero,
City Engineer, recommends the City accept this installation. The re-
quest of Madonna Construction Company was ordered held over.
On motion of nenneth W. Jones, seconded by Richard G.- Sleight, the
meeting was adjourned to December 29, 1958 at 5 :30 P.M.
Approved this 16th day of January, 1959.

Issuance of $3,900,000 Principal Amount of 'City of San Luis Obispo
1959 Water Bonds' and for the Issuance of Said Bonds in Series;
Prescribing the Amount, Date and' Form of Series A Bonds of .Said
Issue and of the Coupons to be Attached Tereto and Prescribing the
Maturities Thereof; Fix ing the Maximum Rate of Interest on the Bonds
of Said Issue; Authorizing the Execution of the Bonds and Coupons
of Said Issue; Providing for the. Levy of a Tax to Pay the Principal
of and Interest on the Bonds of Said Issue; and Directing Notice of
Sale of Said Series A Bonds to be Given" was passed and adopted on
motion of °enneth W. Jones, seconded by 'gels Beck on the following
roll call vote:
