Street, street signs pointing the direction of the San Luis Obispo Country
Club, as many people are now using the facility from out of town and do
not know where to turn off.
47. City Engineer Romero presented to the City Council a report of the Small
Subdivision Committee stating that the City Council must approve.any and
all lots in excess of 150 feet in depth and that in the small subdivision
proposed by Brownstein, all lots are in excess of 150'. Mr. Romero
recommended that the City Council authorize this exception.
On motion of Donald Q. Miller, seconded by J. Barry Smith, the exceptions ,
to the lot depth was granted.

which the trees grow is still owned by private owners.
It was the common consent of the Council that no action be taken on
removing the trees on private property.

office and their devotion to the City.
