27. On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Graves, the meeting adjourned
to Thursday, June 6, 1963 in the Banquet Room of the Motel Inn to continue study of the
1963 -64 budget.

1. The City Council continued the detailed study of the 1963 -64 budget with page 63 and ended
with page 227.
On motion of Councilman Whelchel, seconded by Councilwoman McNeil, the meeting adjourned
to 12:00 Noon, Friday, June 7, 1963 at the Motel Inn.

1. Request by the Junior Chamber of Commerce for permission to hold a kiddy animal circus
on June 9, 1963 at the High School auditorium and further requesting that the City Council
waive the required business license fee.
On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilwoman McNeil, requests were
approved and the business license fee was waived. Motion carried.
'. The City Council then continued the detailed study of the 1963 -64 budget beginning with
page 120 and ending with page 172.
..3. On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilwoman McNeil, the meeting adjourned.
