1. On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Gallagher, the following
resolution was introduced. Resolution No. 1940, a resolution of the'City of San Luis
Obispo requesting additional emergency disaster assistance.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Emmons Blake, Frank Gallagher, Arthur F. Spring,
Donald Q. Miller, Clell W. Whelchel
NOES: None • • ` ' .
ABSENT: None
On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Miller, the meeting adjourned.

Mayor Whelchel announced that the purpose of this meeting was to seat the'new City
Council and that prior to doing so he wished to thank the citizens of San Luis
Obispo for giving him an opportunity to serve the City of San Luis Obispo on
the Planning Commission, City Council and as Mayor.
