ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA
May 20, 1969 - 12:00 Noon

City Staff
Present: J. H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; H. Johnson, City
Attorney; R. D. I,Ziller, Administrative Officer
1. The City Council adjourned to executive session to discuss the matter of nego-
tiating between the City and its employees for salaries and fringe benefits.
On motion of Mayor Schwartz, seconded by Councilman Blake, that the negotiating
team consist of R. D. Miller, Administrative Officer, as Chairman with members
J. H. Fitzpatric , City Clerk, and H. Johnson, City Attorney, and Mr. Miller to
be designated as Municipal Employee Relations Officer. Motion carried.
On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Graham, that the City
Council adopted the salary proposal of R. D. Miller, Administrative Officer, for
use as a guide in employer - employee negotiations. Motion carried.
On motion of Councilman Spring, seconded by Councilman Graham, the meeting was
adjourned.
