ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Roll Call
Present: Emmons Blake, Myron Graham, Arthur F. Spring,
Donald Q. Miller, Kenneth E. Schwartz
City Staff
Present: J. H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R. D. Miller,
Administrative Officer.
1. The City Council approved the appointment of Mayor Schwartz and Councilman
Graham as a Council committee to meet with representatives of the Madonna Con-
struction Company, Mission Plaza Architect•:m: consider the proposal of the
Madonna Construction Company to change the wall material in the Mission Plaza
Project, Phase I.
2. The City Council continued their study of the proposed 1970/71 City Budget,
starting with page 77 and ending with page 154.
3. On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Blake, the meeting
adjourned to 7:30 P.M., Tuesday, May 26, 1970. Motion carried.

1. The City Council reviewed the Capital Improvement Plan priorities set by. them
to date and made the following changes:
Item 59 (E -3) Drop from Capital Improvement Plan
Extend sewer westerly on Ramona Street.
Item 549 (R -13) Move up to priority No. 43A.
Reservation of San Luis Mountain and Bishops Peak as open space.
Item 539 (M -7,3) Move up to priority No. 43B.
Street extension linking Santa Barbara and Santa Rosa,
Item 52. (L•& LI) Move back to priority No. 57A.
Development of a branch Library and add 10,000 book titles.
