ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA
June 16, 1971 - 12:10 P. M.
City Hall
Present: Emmons Blake, John C. Brown, T. Keith Gurnee,
Kenneth E. Schwartz
Absent: Myron Graham
City Staff
Present: J. H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R. D. M.iller,
Administrative Officer.

1. The Council met in executive session to discuss personnel matters.
2. The Council reconvened in regular session.
3. R. D. Young; Planning Director, presented Change Order No. 2A, Mission
Plaza Phase II, OK Industries, for the amphitheatre and stage, in-the
amount of $2900. The change order was approved by the City Council
4. On motion of Councilman Gurnee, seconded by Councilman Brown,
Mayor Kenneth E. Schwartz was authorized to leave the State of California
from June 22 to August 1, 1971 and Councilman Emmons Blake was authorized
to leave the State of California from July 4 to July 17, 1971. Motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned to Friday, June 18, 1971 at 12:10 P. M.
