ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL

Present: Emmons Blake, John C. Brown, Myron Graham
Absent: T. Keith Gurnee, Kenneth E. Schwartz
City Staff
Present: J. H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; A. J. Shaw,
City Attorney, E. L. Rodgers, Police Chief.
1. The City Council attended the monthly meeting of the Human Relations
Commission to hear discussion on the need for and provisions of the pro-
posed TGIF Control Ordinance. They also discussed program goals and
objectives of the Human Relations Commission and_ the need for additional
low rent housing in the City and other matters of mutual interest to the
Council and the Human Relations Commission.
2. On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Brown, the
meeting adjourned to January 10, 1972 at 7:30 P. M.
