ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
MARCH 24, 1975 '- 7:30 P.M.
CITY HALL
PRESENT: John-C. Brown, Myron Graham, T. Keith Gurnee, Jesse Norris
and Mayor Kenneth E. Schwartz
ABSENT: None
PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D.•Miller; City Administrative
Officer; Robert Strong, Director of Community Development
ALSO PRESENT: Steven A. Petterson
1. The City Council continued their study of the priority list for the 1975/76
C.I.P.
Robert Strong, Community Development Director, again reviewed for the City Council
the recommendation of the Planning.Commission for placing priorities in the.1975/76
C.I.P.- He also reviewed with the City Council the projects listed under the three
major classifications.
R.D. Miller, Administrative Officer, reviewed for the City Council the tentative
list of projects to be included in the.1975/76 C.I.P. He also submitted tentative
cost figures for planning studies and programs.scheduled for the 1975/76 C.I.P.
Councilman Brown left the meeting at 9 p.m.
The City Council discussed the tentative list of projects to be considered for
the 1975/76 C.I.P.
2. The City Council adjourned to Executive Session.
3. On motion of Councilman Gurnee, seconded by Councilman Graham the
meeting adjourned to 12:10 p.m. on .Thursday, March 27, 1975, for the Council to
consider an additional 25 items for the C.I.P. for the public hearing on March 31,
1975.
Motion carried on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Gurnee, Graham and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: Councilman Norris
ABSENT: Councilman Brown
