I�PRESENT: Myron Graham, Steven Petterson and Mayor Kenneth E. Schwartz
ABSENT: T. Keith Gurnee and Jesse Norris
City Staff
PRESENT: A.J. Shaw, City Attorney, Wayne Peterson, City Engineer
ALSO PRESENT: Charles Pratt, Gerald Weaver and Bill Neal, Department of
Transportation representative
(NOTE: City Clerk., J.H. Fitzpatrick, was absent with the Council's permission.)
City Attorney, A.J. Shaw, kept the minutes of this meeting. (See transcript
dated July 27, 1975, Walter Langer, reporter, Exhibit "A" attached.)
On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Petterson, the matter
was continued to August 18, 1975 or such earlier date as the Council might
reconvene.
Motion carried on the following vote:
' AYES: Councilmen Graham and Petterson and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Gurnee and Norris
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
