SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 1976 - 12:10 P.M.

PRESENT: Councilmen Graham, Gurnee, Norris, Petterson and
Mayor Schwartz
ABSENT: None
City Staff
PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D. Miller, Administrative
Officer; Wayne Peterson, City Engineer
On motion of Councilman Norris, seconded by Councilman Petterson, the follow-
ing resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 3184.(1976 Series), a resolution
of the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo approving an agreement between
the City and State of California Department of Transportation amending District
Agreement No. 76 -2 for Santa Rosa Street Right of Way.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Norris, Petterson, Graham, Gurnee and
Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
2. The City Council adjourned to Executive Session to consider pending
litigation in Superior Court.
3. On motion of Councilman Petterson, seconded by Councilman Gurnee, the
meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m., to 12:00 noon, Tuesday, December 7, 1976.
Motion carried, all ayes.
