1. On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham,
RESOLUTION NO. 2352, a resolution increasing the 1971 -72 Budget, was
introduced.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Brown
2. On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham,
the'?request of the San Luis Obispo Little Theatre Association for an
advance of $2,000 on their promotional grant, with balance to be paid
on a quarterly bases, was approved. Motion carried with Councilman
Brown absent.
3. On motion of Mayor Schwartz, seconded by Councilman Gurnee,
RESOLUTION NO. 2337, a resolution of the City Council of the City of
San Luis Obispo urging the State Legislature to favorably consider
proposals extending full adult rights and responsibilities to persons
eighteen years of age or older, was introduced.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilman Blake, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Brown
4. On motion of Mayor Schwartz, seconded by Councilman Gurnee,
RESOLUTION NO. 2338, a resolution of the Council of the City of San Luis
Obispo favoring revision of real property tax laws to provide incentives
encouraging timely care, maintenance, and improvement of real property,
was introduced.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilman Blake, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz

5. The City Council reviewed the Legislative Bulletins to date,
from the League of California Cities and took the following action:
On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham, RESOLUTION
NO. 2351, a resolution of the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
opposing the adoption by the Legislature of Senate Bills 369, 370,
490 and 538, was introduced.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Brown
On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham, RESOLUTION
NO. 2350, a resolution of the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
urging the California Legislature to adopt proposed Senate Bills 100,
167 and 981, Assembly Bill 200 and Assembly Constitutional Amendment 16,
was introduced.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Blake, Graham, Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilman Brown
On motion of Councilman Blake, seconded by Councilman Graham, RESOLUTION
NO. 2348, a resolution of the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo
opposing AB 452 Retirement Bill for Safety Employees, was introduced.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:

6. On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Gurnee,
