Present: J. H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R. D. Miller,
Administrative Officer; A. J. Shaw, City Attorney;
P. A. Paul, Water Director
Also Present: .. Special Water Consultants, Robert Edmundson and
Bert Babcock

1. The City Council met in executive session with the Special Water
Consultants regarding water rights and water supply on Salinas River and
from Salinas Dam.
2. On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Mayor Schwartz, the
meeting adjourned to 12:10 P. M., Friday, February 9, 1973. Motion
carried.
