E. Schwartz
ABSENT: Jesse.Norris and S. Petterson
PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R. Muravez, Director
of Finance; D. Romero, Director of Public Services;
W. Peterson, City Engineer; W. Flory, Director of
Parks and Recreation; R. Strong, Director of Community
Development .
1. City Council continued their discussion of the 1976 /77 Capital
Improvement Program, Priority List and.also discussed.the,philoso_phy of the
need for developing a C.I.P.
The City Council reviewed, for..discussion.purpose only, the various
priority listing for suggested.inclusion.in.the C.I.P..as suggested by the
Mayor, City Administrative Officer. and Community Development Director.
2. Council adjourned to Executive Session.
3. The City-Council-adjourned at 2:00 -p.m. to..Fiiday, April 16,
1976 at.12:10 p.m.-on motion.of Councilman.Graham, seconded by Councilman
Gurnee. Motion carried. Councilmen Norris-and Petterson absent.
