Schwartz
ABSENT: Myron Graham.and T.Keith Gurnee
PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D. Miller,
Administrative Officer
1. The City Council-began their-review of the proposed 1976/77
City Budget as prepared.by.City Clerk, J.H. Fitzpatrick. He then re-
viewed for the Council's information the.new format of the Budget, the
highlights of.the Budget and the financial statements. (Comparative
Eevenue and expenditure analysis and projected fund balances).
The City Council, after discussion of-the basic-budget format and revenue
and expenditure.projections, then.began..a.detailed study of the Budget,
starting with page 31, .-:City Administrator and ending with page 40, Public
Services Administration.
' 2. City Council adjourned to executive session.
3. City Council adjoumed_to 12:10.p.m. Wednesday, June 9, 1976,
to continue the review of the proposed 1976/77 City Budget.
