1. The City Council continued their consideration of the priority
listing of projects for the 1977/78 capital improvement plan for the City
of San Luis Obispo. The Council-used, as their base document, the C.I.P.
listing of the ,Administrative .Officer dated February 8, 1977 and updated
as of March 14, 1977.
The City Council tentatively approved the following priority list of
projects for 1977/78:

Water, A) Preliminary design and EIR for new plant
B) Cover reservoir No. 1
3.
Fire, Designate recreation site as new fire headquarters
station site and prepare plans
4.
Recreation, Acquire new site for center

Storm Drainage, Remove water line obstructions
6.
Storm Drainage, Marsh, Chorro, Garden and Broad St.
7.
Storm Drainage, Enlarge Stenner Creek crossing (DOT)
8.
Storm Drainage, Enlarge Prefumo culvert within 101 (DOT)
(Depends on City realignment of .San Luis Creek)
9.
Filing System, Develop improved system, City Hall
10.
Police,. Acquire site for additional parking
11.
Park, Sinsheimer - Drawings and landscape improvements and
development of softball field
12.
Street Widening - Santa Rosa - -- widen east side - .Marsh to

2. City Council adjourned to Executive Session at.1:50 p.m.
3. On motion of Councilman Graham, seconded by Councilman Petterson
the meeting adjourned at 2:00 p.m. to 12:10 p.m. Monday, April 21, 1977.
Motion carried. Councilmen Gurnee and Morris absent.
