entitled, "Zoning and Districting Plan ", chapter title to be changed to
"Zoning Regulations ".
The Planning Staff reported that three sections of the ordinance had
been thrown out of the recommeded re -write as the Planning Commission and
staff were completed writing the section. The sections not under consid-
eration now are:
A - Section 9200.16(C) - Non - conforming lots, page 230
B - Section 9200.16.1 - Parking and driveway regulations, page 233
C - Section 9200.16.2 - Home occupations, page 234
The City Council then began to go thru the re -write of the zoning and
districting ordinances page by page, with Planning Staff reviewing for the
Council areas in which the changes were made.
It was the common consent of the Council present that a copy of the
re -write as amended be set for public hearing before the City Council on
April 5, 1977, with the City Clerk to send a copy to all licensed engineers,
architects, the contractors association, etc., prior to April 5, for their
input.
2. On motion of Councilman.Norris, seconded by Councilman Petterson,
the meeting adjourned at 2:10 p.m. Motion carried, Councilman Gurnee
absent.
