HEARING ROOM, CITY HALL Pledge Roll Call PRESENT: Councilmen Dunin, Gurnee, Jorgensen; Petterson and Mayor Schwartz ABSENT: None City Staff PRESENT: R.D. Miller, Administrative Officer; J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R. Muravez, Director of Finance; D:`.Romero, Public Services Director; W. Peterson, City Engineer 1. R.D. Miller,.Administrative Officer, reported on the difficulties that the City would encounter if they pursued the Council directive to use AB 325 funds to defray costs of system: ;After discussion, the Council directed the Administrative Officer to prepare a report on the use of AB 325 funds by the City in the past and what substitutions could be made for transit needs in the future. 2. The City Council then considered the Annual Street Priority List for the repair or reconstruction of various streets in the City in the opinion of the Public Services Director, D.F. Romero. The priority list for Council consideration was submitted under the following categories: A. Select Street System B. Local Streets C. Alley Improvements D. Chip Seal Coats Priority "A" was further divided into three catagories. 1) Street Widenings 2; Reconstruction 3) Overlays (blankets) D.F. Romero, Public Services Director, then, with the aid of City maps, reviewed his recommended priority list with the City Council. The City Council then adjourned to a field trip to review actual street conditions as listed on priority list. Final approval of priority list of street improvements continued to April 5, 1977, Agenda Item No. 17. 3. On motion of Councilman Gurnee, seconded by Councilman Petterson, the meeting adjourned.
