ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
MONDAY, MAY 29 1977 - 12:15 P.M.

PRESENT: Councilmen Dunin, Jorgensen and Petterson
ABSENT: Councilman Gurnee and Mayor Schwartz
City Staff
PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D. Miller, Administrative
Officer; Wayne Peterson, City Engineer; D.F. Romero,
Director of Public Services
Vice Mayor Steve Petterson presiding.
1. The City Council continued their review of the priority list for
the 1977 /78 Capital Improvement Program; (See C.I.P. update dated 4/21/77
prepared by Administrative Officer R.D. Miller.).
After reviewing the 1976/77 carry over C.I.P.
priority list, the Council made the following
No. 21 (1977/78) Landscaping,:. sprinkling sys
relocation of facilities and
gutter and sidewalk required
connection with racquet ball
and the 1977/78 C.I.P.
additions and changes:
tem,
curb,
in
facility.
The City Council then briefly reviewed the C.I.P. suggested projects for
the final terms 1978/79, 1979/80, 1980/81, and 1981/82 including revenue
needs for the 4 years.
On motion of Councilman Jorgensen, seconded by Councilman Dunin, the 1977/78
Capital Improvement Project priority list was tentatively approved and set
for public hearing on May 17, 1977. Motion carried. Mayor Schwartz and
Councilman Gurnee absent.
2. On motion of Councilman Dunin, seconded by Councilman Jorgensen,
the meeting adjourned at 1:25 p.m. Motion carried. Mayor Schwartz and
Councilman Gurnee absent.
