ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCII

1. Terry Sanville reviewed for the City Council recommended changes to
the Home Occupation Regulations of the Zoning Regulations. He reviewed in detail
amendments proposed to Section 9200.16.2, "Home Occupations ", including Subsection
A - Intent; B - Use Permit; C - General Requirements; D - Prohibited Uses; and
E - Enforcement.
After a brief discussion by the City Council in clarifying the intent of the
ordinance amendment, it was moved by Mayor Schwartz, seconded by Councilman Petterson,
that the proposed amendment to the zoning regulations on "Home Occupations" be
referred to the Planning Commission for report to the City Council for public
hearing. Motion carried, all ayes.
2. The City Council discussed ways and means of establishing a method
of evaluating the various city advisory boards, commissions and committees and
which advisory groups should be dropped, given new direction or reaffirm existing
operation.
3. There being no further business to come before the Council at this
time, Mayor. Schwartz adjourned the meeting at 1:20 p.m.
