The City Council reconvened in Regular Session at 12:45 p.m.
On motion of Councilman Petterson, seconded by- Councilman Settle, that the
Gregory appeal be continued with notice to appellant and his attorney to set
a date certain, within 30 days, for continuation of the hearing. Motion carried
on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Petterson, Settle, Dunin, Jorgensen and Mayor Schwartz
NOES: None
ABSENT: .None
On motion of Councilman Jorgensen, seconded by Councilman Settle, that the City
Council adjourn to 6:30 p.m., February 27, 1978, Sebastian's Restaurant, to-hold
an Executive Session on Personnel. Motion carried, all ayes.

problem.
The City Council reconvened into Regular Session.
2. There being no further business to come before the Council, the Mayor
adjourned the meeting to 7:00 p.m:, Tuesday, February 28, 1978.
