TC- 2T -3 -76 On motion of Councilman Norris, seconded by Councilman Petterson, the following ordinance was introduced: Ordinance No. 666 (1976 Series), an ordinance amending the Municipal Code to establish a speed limit on Higuera Street of 30 mph from Nipomo Street to South Street.
