Mr. Richard Shinee, Attorney representing Barry L. Gregory, submitted the
following exhibits on behalf of the appellant:

Barry L. Gregory from with the Police Department.
Exhibit No. 2 - 13 pages Complimentary letters received by Barry L..
Gregory as a Police Officer from members of
the public.
Exhibit No. 3 - 16 pages Copies of diplomas, certificates, etc. received
by Barry L. Gregory as a Police Officer from
various schools, etc.
Exhibit No. 4 - 4 pages Declaration by Barry L. Gregory re Officer Stone
Exhibit No. 5.- 1 page Copy of letter from Barry L. Gregory to Mr. Robert
Pile, Allan Hancock Community College, setting up
classes for San Luis Obispo Police Department for
advanced officer training.
