The City Council reconvened to Regular Session at 12:40 p.m. with all Councilmen present and the following staff members present: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; Allen Grimes, City Attorney, R.D. Miller, Administrative Officer; Rudy Muravez, Finance Director; Gordon Johnson, Personnel Director; Roger Neuman, Police Chief; Richard Minor, Fire Chief; Henry Engen, Community.-Development Director. 1 1 1 3. At this time the City Council considered a series of resolutions.adopt- ing wage and fringe benefit packages for the City Police Officers' Association, Firefighter's Association, City Employees' Association and for Management Personnel and Executive Personnel of the City.
