Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D. Miller, Administrative Officer; Dave Romero, Public Services Director; Wayne Peterson, City Engineer; Henry Engen, Community Development Director; Allen Grimes, City Attorney 1. The City Council adjourned to Executive Session to discuss a potential litigation. 12:15 p.m., Councilman Settle.arrived at the meeting. 2. 1:10 p.m., City Council reconvened into Regular Session -- all Councilmen present. 3. There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Schwartz adjourned the meeting at 1:10 p.m., to 12:10 p.m., Monday, September 11, 1978. COUNCIL HEARING ROOM, CITY HALL, 990 PALM STREET STUDY SESSION Roll Call Councilmen PRESENT: Ron Dunin, Steve Petterson, Allen Settle,,;Jeff,Jorgensen and andi.Mayor.Kenneth Schwartz ABSENT: None City Staff ' PRESENT: J.H. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; R.D. Miller, Administrative Officer; Jim Stockton, Director of Parks & Recreation; Also Present Foster Gruber and J. Schetzer, members of the Citizens' Advisory Committee 1.. The City Council reviewed the recommended guidelines, rules and procedures for the Jack Residence as submitted by the Jack Residence Committee. The City Council felt that the guidelines, rules and procedures were acceptable for use of and protection of the Jack Residence. The only areas that the Council questioned were the suggested "fee" schedule and the clarification on definition of "profit" or "nonprofit" uses of the property.
