PRESENT: Leland Walton, -City Administrative Officer; J.H. Fitzpatrick,
City Clerk; George ..Thacher, City .Attorney; Dave Romero,
Public Services Director
1. Outgoing members of the 1.977 — 1979 City Council made comments
thanking their supporters and wishing the newly elected Council Members
Best Wishes.
The remaining members of the 1977 - 1979 City Council. made comments to
outgoing Council Members and pledged cooperation with new members coming
on the Council.
2. Mayor Schwartz adjourned.the meeting of the 1977179 City Council
1 at 12:10 p.m.
Mayor Lynn Cooper convened the 1979 - 1981 City Council.

1. Members of the 1979 - 1981 City Council thanked their families and.
friends for their-sopport.in the past election and pledged to cooperate with
continuing Council Members in the business of the City of San Luis Obispo.
I 2. There being:no further business to come before the Council, Mayor
Lynn Cooper adjourned the meeting at 12:15 p.m., April 1, 1979.
