The City Council adjourned to.Executive Session at, 3:03 p:,m. to discuss guidelines for employee. negotiations. 3:45 p.m. Councilman Bond left the meeting. 4:10 p.m: Councilman Jorgensen left the .meeting. 2. The City Council reconvened in Regular Session at 4:25.p.m. with Council - members Bond and Jorgensen absent 3. There being no further business to come before the Council, Mayor Cooper adjourned the meeting at 4:30 p..m. Fitzpatrick, City Clerk; Henry Engen, Community Development Director; Roger Neuman, Police Chief; Jim Stockton, Director of Parks & Recreation; Pam Voges, Recording Secretary 1. Request from the Abalone Alliance for use of Laguna Lake Park for a rally on June 30, 1979. Lee Walton, Administrative Officer, stated that this was not a public heating but the Council might wish to hear from the Abalone Alliance and their progress to date. The application for a permit to use Laguna Lake Park was submitted to the Park & Recreation Director from Abalone Alliance on Friday but there had not L I 1
