City Council continued their review of the proposed 1980 -1981 City Budget starting with Page 75: Page No. Department Council Action 75 Sewer, Collection & Transmission Accept recommendation 76 Sewer, Treatment Plant Increase 1 worker + $500 for truck $17,500 77 Sewer, General Administration Accept recommendation 78 Muni. Bus System, Vehicle Operat. Accept recommendation 79 Muni. Bus System, Non - Vehicle Accept recommendation 80 Muni. Bus System, Gen. Maint. Accept recommendation 92 North Coast Transit, Vehicle Oper. Accept recommendation 93 North Coast Transit, No- Vehicle Accept recommendation 94 North Coast Transit, Gen. Admin. Accept recommendation 64 Municipal Swimming Pool Maint. Accept recommendation 65 Municipal Golf Course Maint. Accept recommendation 35 Business Improvement Area Accept recommendation 47 City Administrator Geoff Grote added as full time employee to CAO & 50% as City Attorney. Increase( CAO budget by $13,464 and City Attorney budget by $13,464. CAO also to submit justification to continue staff writer. A. Under the classification of sewer collection and transmission, the City Council directed the staff to bring back for Council consideration a strong but enforceable Grease Control Program. B. The City Council requested a list of all automotive equipment owned by the city, year of purchase, style, make and assignment. C. The City Council also directed the staff to prepare a comprehensive report on "Transit" system, including routes, schedules, cost, etc. Council to meet and review report with City's Mass Transit Committee. 2.
