1. 4:20 p.m., City Council adjourned to executive session.
8:30 p.m., City Council reconvened in.regular session. All
councilmembers present.
2. There being no further business to come before the City Council,
Mayor Cooper adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September
2, 1980.
