E -1. On motion of Councilman Settle, seconded ,by Councilwoman.Dovey, the
following resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 451&v'(1981 Series), a reso-
lution of the City of San Luis Obispo appointing Pamela Voges to the position of
City Clerk. y51b
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
AYES.:. Councilmembers Settle, Dovey, Bond, Dunin, and Mayor Billig

ABSENT:. None
E -2. On motion of Councilman Settle, seconded by Councilwoman Davey,
the following resolution was introduced: Resolution No. 4516 (1981 Series), a
resolution amending Resolution No. 4242 (1980 Series) establishing salaries and
benefits for certain management personnel to amend City Clerk salary.
Passed and adopted on the following roll call vote:
